Full-Time Accountability Coach:

​Lead2Change, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Accountability Coach. Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Manager of Program Services, the full-time Accountability Coach is responsible for managing the caseload and attendance, recruitment efforts, and leadership at events. This role includes direct support of students through individual coaching and class engagement, as well as a range of administrative and programmatic responsibilities that support the effectiveness of the Dream.Explore.Build. Program. The full-time Accountability Coach manages a caseload of 30–35 students (across three sites), meeting with them regularly to coach, track progress, and document outcomes. Weekly classes are held at designated sites, and coaching sessions may be conducted virtually or in-person at a Lead2Change-approved location. This role also includes participation in all team meetings, Etiquette Bootcamps, and other special events such as the Commitment and Completion Ceremonies. 

Job Responsibilities:

Leadership & Recruitment 

  • Provide recruitment support for all Dream.Explore.Build and summer programming, serving in a lead or assisting role as needed.

  • Program Support & Engagement 

  • Assist with the set-up and facilitation of Bootcamps in collaboration with the PCE Committee and Program Manager.

  • Accompany Program Manager on site visits and provide on-site support when needed.

  • Assist with program recruitment and summer enrichment activities, including outreach and engagement.

  • Attend all relevant meetings throughout the year, including summer sessions, planning meetings, and training.

  • Order food and supplies for each site as needed, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with program needs. Student Engagement & Coaching

  • Attend weekly Dream.Explore.Build. Classes, Etiquette Bootcamps, and special events.

  • Support student attendance, classroom management, individualized learning, and engagement.

  • Meet with each student in your caseload for 30 minutes monthly to provide personalized coaching.

  • Develop session agendas, build trust-based support relationships, and document coaching conversations.

  • Collaborate with students, instructors, families, and schools to support student success.

  • Ensure all student attendance is accurately recorded and maintained, including logs and 1:1 coaching case note. Team Collaboration 

  • Track and document students’ program progress using up-to-date, detailed case notes.

  • Report on student status regularly to the Manager of Program Services.

  • Participate in Lead2Change team meetings, supervision sessions, cohort gatherings, and Problem of Practice sessions.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Three or more years of experience working with youth.

  • Minimum of one year of professional experience in youth development, education, or college/career readiness.

Summer Program Coordinator (June 22-August 11):

Are you looking for a meaningful summer job where you can inspire the next generation of leaders?? We are seeking three (3) dynamic, engaging Summer Program Coordinators to oversee the delivery of our Leadership Training Program. 

Position Summary:

 

The Summer Program Coordinator reports directly to the Program Services Manager and is responsible for delivering the Leadership Training Program to prepare high school juniors and seniors. healthcare. This role centers on instruction, classroom management, and student engagement, while also supporting program operations and logistics. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth development, leadership, and mentorship, and thrives in a structured, student-centered environment. 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Program Instruction & Classroom Management

• Lead and facilitate Lead2Change’s Leadership Training Program curriculum

• Create an engaging, inclusive, and structured classroom environment

• Manage student behavior and foster a culture of respect, accountability, and leadership

• Track student participation and support overall student development

Student Engagement & Support

• Serve as a mentor and positive role model for students

• Build strong relationships to encourage growth, confidence, and leadership skills

Field Trips & Experiential Learning

• Chaperone and supervise students during field trips and off-site activities

Position Summary:
The Healthcare Pathway Student Lead reports directly to the Program Services Manager and is responsible for
preparing high school juniors and seniors for careers in healthcare. This role involves developing and
facilitating interactive learning sessions, administering exams, and coordinating experiential learning
opportunities such as site visits and job shadowing. Through structured guidance and mentorship, the
Healthcare Pathways Student Lead will help students gain exposure to a range of healthcare pathways and
support their professional growth.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development: Design and implement lesson plans tailored to students; career interests.

  • Student Mentorship: Offer individualized feedback and support to help students achieve academic and

professional growth.

  • Logistics Coordination: Manage all aspects of off-site learning experiences, including permissions,

transportation, staffing, and scheduling.

  • Program Engagement: Facilitate student participation in weekly Thursday Academy sessions and track

engagement.

  • Attendance & Documentation: Monitor student attendance and approve weekly timesheets.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Program Services Manager and Accountability Coaches to identify

and address barriers to students’ career practicum completion.

  • Meetings & Communication: Attend all required individual and staff meetings to ensure alignment with

  • This is a contractual position for the duration of April 1 – August 13, 2026 (Flexible Scheduling)

Qualifications:

  • A degree or currently enrolled with a minimum of junior or senior status in a regionally accredited

institution pursuing a healthcare-related degree.

Finance & Accounting Specialist Consultant (Contractual)

Position Summary:


The Finance and Accounting Specialist manages the organization’s daily financial operations, including
bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and bank and credit card reconciliations using
QuickBooks Online. This role prepares monthly and year-end financial statements for leadership and the
Board, ensures compliance with internal controls and tax filings, and supports grant reporting and audits. The
position collaborates with staff, vendors, and external partners to maintain accurate financial records and
ensure timely, compliant financial reporting.


Job Responsibilities:


Accounting & Financial Operations:

  • Enter and maintain monthly receipts, expenditures, accounts payable/receivable, and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online

  • Review transactions for accuracy, proper documentation, and approval compliance.

  • Review and complete journal entries on monthly credit card and expense reports to ensure compliance with internal policy.

  • Prepare and make bank deposits and entries.

  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures outlining the accounting functions of Lead2Change.

 

Payroll & Tax Compliance

  • Process monthly payroll for staff and contractors using ADP.

  • Prepare and file W-2s, 1099s, and sales and use tax returns.

  • Complete annual filings with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions (WDFI).

 

Budgeting & Financial Reporting

  • Enter and maintain the approved annual budget in QuickBooks Online.

  • Produce monthly and year-end financial statements for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

  • Prepare monthly reimbursement reports for external vendors.

 

Grants, Audits & Fund Development Support

  • Provide financial data to support grant applications and tracking

  • Generate financial reports for grant awards, audits, and fiscal agents

  • Gather and assemble documentation required for annual audits

 

Other Responsibilities

  • Attend weekly individual and monthly staff meetings.

  • Attends monthly finance committee meetings and provides monthly updates and requested finance reports at each meeting.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

  • This is a hybrid contractual position that requires 10-12 hours per week.

  • One scheduled shift is required to work in the office.

 

Qualifications:

  • An Associate Degree in Finance/Accounting or in a related field.

  • A minimum of five (5) years of related work experience in accounting.

  • Experience working with QuickBooks Online and ADP payroll system.

  • Familiarity with working with a non-profit organization.

Event & Volunteer Coordinator (Contractual Position)

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Event and Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for planning
and executing the organization's Boot Camp series (nine events) and special initiative events. This role also
focuses on volunteer engagement to support Lead2Change’s program goals and community partnerships,
which involves recruiting and managing volunteers.


The position requires collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and volunteers to ensure smooth
logistics, create engaging experiences for participants, and foster strong community involvement. The ideal
candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and thrives in a fast-paced,
collaborative environment that emphasizes delivering exceptional experiences for attendees while advancing
the organization's mission.


Job Responsibilities:


Event Planning Execution Support:

  • Manage the planning details and execution for the Boot Camp series and special initiative events, ensuring each event is aligned with Lead2Change’s standards and executed flawlessly.

  • Serves as the main point of contact for events, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining clear communication throughout the planning and execution phases. 

  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure alignment on all logistics and to deliver seamless events.

  • Collaborates with the Program Manager, Communication Consultant, and PCE Committee to plan and execute events.

  • Develop event materials, including but not limited to donor briefings, run of shows, event layouts, and event participant and volunteer lists.

  • Responsible for on-site management and staffing support for events, ensuring all logistics are organized.

  • Anticipate problems and have confidence in developing solutions.

  • Leads event setup and teardown for events.

  • Manages post-event follow-up, billing, and financial reconciliation in coordination with the accountant.

  • Upon completion of events, provide evaluation and feedback concerning logistical aspects of the function regarding meeting facilities, vendors, staffing providers, and other services. This will include recommendations to ensure future success.

 

Volunteer Management & Engagement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit, engage, and retain diverse volunteers who support Lead2Change’s mission and values.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication before, during, and after events and program activities.

  • Coordinate volunteer onboarding, orientation, and training to ensure volunteers understand event and program goals.

  • Manage volunteer scheduling and attendance tracking, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting within the organization’s database.

  • Support volunteers onsite at events, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and ensuring a positive experience for both volunteers and youth participants.

  • Recognize and steward volunteers through appreciation initiatives, feedback collection, and ongoing engagement efforts to build long-term relationships.

  • Evaluate volunteer engagement efforts and recommend improvements to strengthen program impact and community involvement.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • A minimum of three (3) years of event planning and management experience, preferably for a non- profit organization.

  • A minimum of three (3) years of volunteer or membership management experience, preferably for a non-profit organization.
