Manager of Program Services
Reporting to the President, the Manager of Program Services will play a critical role in helping Lead2Change, Inc. achieve its vision to provide high-quality college & career readiness programs locally, eventually extending the use of its model nationally. The Manager of Program Services will be responsible for a variety of significant activities including management of partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders associated with youth, young adult and family engagement; outcomes and evaluation measurement; volunteer administration; and innovative project development. This position requires a go-getter and program implementer whose passion for Lead2Change’s mission and the development of young people is matched with organization, decisiveness, outstanding communication skills, strong understanding of the Lead2Change culture, and a keen ability to manage programs, budgets and contracts.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Education, Community Development, or equivalent plus 5 years of demonstrated experience
OR
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Public Administration, Community Development or equivalent plus 3 years of demonstrated experience.
• Supervisory experience required.

Student Support Services
Reporting to the Manager of Program Services, the Student Support Services Lead will play a key role in helping Lead2Change achieve its vision to provide high-quality college & career readiness programming. This person will be responsible for a variety of projects including management of the Lead2Change database, recruitment of students in partnership sites, support for volunteers & interns, assistance with special events and oversight of our Very Important Parent (VIP) Program. This position requires a well-organized and task-oriented individual who is very knowledgeable about the core framework for customer service and client satisfaction. The Student Support Services Lead must demonstrate passion for Lead2Change’s mission and the development of young people, as well as decisiveness, strong organization skills, outstanding communication skills, firm understanding of the Lead2Change culture, and a keen ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Education, Community Development and 2-4 years of experience working with youth.

Career Advancement Coach
Reporting to the Manager of Program Services, the Career Advancement Coach is responsible for providing weekly intensive support, mentoring, coaching, and case management services to 25-30 high school students enrolled in Dream.Explore.Build. (DEB), a career-readiness program that provides post-secondary planning resources and essential social-emotional skills for obtaining an internship, job and/or trade opportunity. Specifically, the Career Advancement Coach will help support youth through the process of successfully completing DEB, as well as provide retention support services. In this capacity, the Career Advancement Coach will be the primary point person for the young person during the duration of his/her participation in DEB, working closely with the instructor, school support team and parents to ensure the young person is meeting his/her career and education goals.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Education, Community Development, or equivalent plus 1-2 years of demonstrated experience
